Initial Ideas
My initial idea for my coursework will be to do a printed image of a music magazine. I have decided to do this because i have a passion for music and i feel as though it would be something i will be able to analyse well and will be able to make a good piece of practical work on.
My magazine is going to follow the style of these two famous music magazines as i find both magazines interesting and inspire me to design my own magazine cover.

This is a good project idea Joel, you will need to give some careful consideration to your photography, a picture of a person with guitar will not necessarily convey the genre of the music without thinking about the semiotics of the costume, hairstyle, background etc.
